By downloading, installing, or using topiQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gary Dawson ("we," "us," or "our").
topiQ is a word puzzle game available on iOS and Android. The App offers free daily puzzles, premium subscriptions, in-app coin purchases, and social challenge features between players.
topiQ is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to create an account. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may create an account using a valid email address or supported third-party login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may upload a profile picture and choose a display name ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App. You agree NOT to upload content that is: • Obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit • Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening • Infringing on any third party's intellectual property • Illegal under any applicable law We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.
topiQ offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium Membership") on a monthly or yearly basis, including charter pricing for early subscribers. • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google account • Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers; unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase • Charter pricing is available to a limited number of early subscribers and is locked for the life of your continuous subscription • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings
The App offers one-time coin pack purchases. All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if your account is terminated.
All content in the App — including puzzles, graphics, logos, and the topiQ name — is owned by Gary Dawson. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gary Dawson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
